However, please be aware that the refund amount will be reduced by the payment gateway processing fees. These fees are non-refundable due to the policies of Visa/Master/American Express and PayPal companies. For example, for Visa/Master Singapore orders, the processing fee is 3.2% + S$0.50, while for the rest of the world, it is 4.2% + S$0.50.
