Exchange & Returns
GroomPro is committed to delivering high-quality products that meet our customers' satisfaction. We thoroughly check every item before sending it out to ensure its quality. If, however, you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@groompro.com. Please provide your Order No., details of the issue, and include a photograph of the problem. If we confirm that the item was sent incorrectly or is faulty, we will replace your order. Please note that the item must not have been tampered with or used. Returning used or tampered products implies acceptance of the product, except in cases where it is obviously defective (e.g., it has a different smell).
Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email notification. Please make sure to exchange faulty items within 7 days of receiving them. Please remember that the responsibility for the returned items until they reach our office. We only allow one-to-one exchanges, and cash refunds are strictly not available.
Please note that exchange requests will only be entertained for incorrect orders sent. The availability of stock at the time of exchange is subject to availability.
